Muscle Building Recipe

Loaded Tuna Sandwich (Serves 2)

Ingredients:
1 Can Chunky White Tuna (Clover Leaf) in water
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 large eggs
1/2 tomato
4 slices whole wheat bread

(fat, protein and carbs for BOTH servings)

Preparation:
Boil eggs (7-8 minutes). Drain tuna. Cut up 1/2 tomato in small blocks. Break up tuna as small as possible while mixing in the mayonnaise.

Toast the 4 slices of bread lightly.

Cool eggs under cold tapwater. Peel, slice in half, remove eggwhites, cut up in small chunks.

Mix the tuna, eggwhites and tomato together, make 2 sandwiches.
