Muscle Building Recipe

Spicy Tuna Salad

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Red Tomato (Diced Small Cubes)
White Onion (Diced Small Cubes)  
Sliced Salad Olives (Diced Small Cubes)
5 Large (Between 1/16 & 1/8 Thick) Slices of Jalape?o (Chopped Fine)
1 6oz. Can of Albacore Tuna (Chopped fine)  
In a small to medium size bowl, first dump the can of tuna in and with a fork finely chop until shredded. Next on a cutting board, chop the half tomato into cubes dump into bowl. Then repeat the process with the quarter portion of the white onion. Afterwards, chop up all the salad olives (make sure to remove the pimentos). Do not chop all too fine, have different sizes. Next take five already sliced jalapenos remove the membranes and seeds inside the slices and discard. Finely chop. Finally, add 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil and mix all the ingredients together and enjoy.
