Muscle Building Recipe

Tuna Pepper Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tin of Tuna (in Brine or water)
  • 1 Teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 Desert Spoon of Malt Vinegar

Preparation:

  1. Open and drain your Tuna of liquid.
  2. Finely chop the spring onions into small segments.
  3. Add all the ingredients into the bowl and mix well.
