Muscle Building Recipe

Super Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 to half a pint of milk
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 French style yoghurt ( fruit flavour )
  • 25gs of whey powder

Optional:

  • 1 whole banana
  • 5gs of Glutamine
  • 5gs of Creatine
  • 1 tsp. of peanut butter
  • 3gs of powders anti oxidant
  • 5-15gs of Maltodextrin
  • 5-15ml. of flax seed oil

Mix it all in the blender cutting the banana into small pieces then adding add the milk last. I drink this before I go to bed. Vary the flavours of the French yoghurt top add variety to the taste. It has over 60 grams of protein when you make it up. I have tried adding cottage cheese to it but it gives a gritty texture. Free range or grain fed chicken’s eggs should be only used to reduce the risk of salmonella poisoning.
