Muscle Building Recipe
- 1 to half a pint of milk
- 1 whole egg
- 1 French style yoghurt ( fruit flavour )
- 25gs of whey powder
- 1 whole banana
- 5gs of Glutamine
- 5gs of Creatine
- 1 tsp. of peanut butter
- 3gs of powders anti oxidant
- 5-15gs of Maltodextrin
- 5-15ml. of flax seed oil
Mix it all in the blender cutting the banana into small pieces then adding
add the milk last. I drink this before I go to bed. Vary the flavours
of the French yoghurt top add variety to the taste. It has over 60 grams
of protein when you make it up. I have tried adding cottage cheese to
it but it gives a gritty texture. Free range or grain fed chickenís eggs
should be only used to reduce the risk of salmonella poisoning.
