Muscle Building Recipe

Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of oatmeal ( mix with enough water to make moist) put in microwave for 2 minutes
20 - 40 grams of protein powder. adjust to your needs.
1 cup egg beaters or egg whites
1 cap full of maple extract and same of vanilla extract
1 tblsp of cinnamon

Preparation:
Put all ingrediants into blender mix for 30 seconds. Spray butter flavored Pam in your skillet. Cook pancakes until done. This makes 4 pancakes medium sized. Then top with fat/sugar free syrup. and spray butter
