Muscle Building Recipe
Oatmeal Snack
Ingredients:
1 cup oats 4 egg whites 1/2 banana 1/4 cup raisins Cinamon Cooking spray Optional: 1 or 2 TBS peanut butter (for weight gain)
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together. Spray pan with cooking spray and cook on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides. Makes two. Can eat hot or cold.
