Muscle Building Recipe

Fat Free Tuna Patties

Ingredients:
1 can tuna, drained
1/2 celery stalk, chopped
tbsp or two of chopped onion
8-12 mini cheddar cheese rice cakes, crumbled (I usually mix these w/ the onion and celery in the processor)
2 egg whites

Preparation:
This recipe was developed by a another bodybuilder friend of mine, it's very good. Doesn't taste like tuna at all.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Make patties about the size of a mini rice cake and fry in non-stick spray. Macros are just an estimate.
