Muscle Building Recipe
2 portions of chicken breasts
1/2 cup Progresso Italian bread crumbs
2 egg whites
1/2 cup water
Mix egg whites and water together and set aside in a bowl. Fill another bowl with bread crumbs. Dip flatten chicken breast in egg and water mixture, then lighly coat with the bread crumbs.
Place on a baking dish covered with foil sprayed with Pam. Spray top of chicken wth Pam to keep moist and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until chicken is done.
Serve with your favorite portion of carbs.
