1/2 c. multi-grain cereal, or 2 pkts Instant Oatmeal.
1 TBSP chocolate chips
7 egg whites (Bring it on....Protein!)
Mix together in a bowl. Pour into a heated skillet coated in fat free cooking spray.
Heat about 5 min on each side. Top with sugar free syrup, and a big glob of Fat Free whipped topping!
