1 head ceasar salad lettuce
Low fat croutons
2 fine chopped cloves of garlic
1/8th teaspoon white vinegar
1/8th teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
salt & pepper
1 cup vegetable oil

Mix vegetable oil, eggyolk and garlic.
Add white and red wine vinager, salt and pepper and the mustard. Let this dressing sit for 24 hours.
Clean the lettuce and chop to bitesize pieces. Mix the lettuce, baconbits, croutons and dressing. Serve immediately.
